What we do
Whatever your system needs
Homes and small businesses across the East Valley. Repairs, replacements, and the yearly checkup that keeps you off this page next July.
AC Repair
Blowing warm, tripping the breaker, or just gone quiet? We'll find it fast and fix it properly the first time.
New System Installation
Right-sized equipment, installed carefully — and an honest repair-vs-replace conversation before you spend a dime.
Tune-Ups & Maintenance
Arizona systems run 2,000+ hours a year. A spring checkup is the cheapest thing you'll ever do for your AC.
Heating & Heat Pumps
Yes, it does get cold here. Gas furnaces, heat pumps, and package units serviced and replaced.
Ductwork & Sheet Metal
Leaky ducts can waste a third of what you pay to cool. We fabricate, seal and repair — licensed for sheet metal work.
Small Business
Offices, shops, restaurants and retail around the East Valley. Rooftop units and split systems.
Why neighbors call us
The big companies send a salesman. We send the owner.
Chase Robinson has run Chaseco out of east Mesa since 2010. His name is on the truck and on the license — that's the whole business model.
- You talk to the person doing the work. No dispatcher reading a script, no vague four-hour window.
- Nothing gets touched until you say go — and the price doesn't move after that.
- Repair first. A $280 part beats a $12,000 system you didn't need.
- We show up when we say we will, with a real arrival time and a text when we're on the way.

Good questions
Straight answers
Do you offer same-day AC repair in Mesa?
Most days, yes. In an Arizona summer a broken AC isn't an inconvenience, it's a safety issue. Call (480) 369-6731 and we'll tell you honestly when we can be there.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Chaseco Air Conditioning LLC holds Arizona ROC License #271915 (Specialty Dual), verified active with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and carries liability insurance. You're welcome to verify it at roc.az.gov.
How much does AC repair cost?
Most common repairs — capacitors, contactors, fan motors, refrigerant leaks — land in the few-hundred-dollar range. We check the system, give you the exact flat price before touching anything, and you decide. No hourly surprises.
Should I repair my AC or replace it?
Rough rule: under 10 years old, repair it. 15+ years old, running R-22, or a repair that costs more than a third of a new system — replacement usually wins. We'll show you the honest math both ways and let you choose.
How often should I service my AC in Arizona?
Once a year, ideally in spring before the first 100-degree day. Valley systems run far more hours than the national average, and a yearly checkup is what gets a unit past year 12 instead of dying at year 9.
Do you offer financing on new systems?
Yes — financing options are available on system replacements. Just ask when we quote and we'll walk you through what's available.
What brands do you work on?
All the major residential brands — Trane, Carrier, Goodman, Lennox, Rheem, American Standard, York and more. We'll service whatever is already on your roof, regardless of who installed it.
